Curious Goblin is committed to shipping orders as efficiently and reliably as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at info@curiousgoblin.com. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of delivery may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

If a shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges that may be applied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
