Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Special orders made specifically for a customer

  • Gift cards

We also cannot accept returns for items that are no longer in their original condition.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right does not apply where exemptions under applicable consumer protection legislation apply, including certain personalised or custom-made products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process the refund.
